The latest Fractional Radiofrequency Micro-Needle System is the ideal technology for skin lifting, tightening and rejuvenation as well as scars treatment. It has had outstanding success for all skin types with very low risk of side effects and PIH – a key difference when compared to optical based treatments (IPL & Laser).
The treatment utilize minimally invasive micro-needles to deliver controlled RF energy directly into various depths of the skin.
Compared to other light and laser treatment, this treatment can apply for all skin types, from ligtht to darker skin type. The depth of penetration of the micro-needles can be adjusted from 0.5 to 3.5mm based on treatment target areas thus produce very effective results.
Your choice of insulated & non-insulated micro-needles allows more effective and customisable treatments for various epidermal and dermal indications. The RF energy is delivered through the the micro-needles, leading to far-less trauma to the surrounding epidermis. This leads to significantly less discomfort and down time for the patient compared to conventional fractional lasers.

How long does a MFR treatment take?
The topical anesthetic cream requires 20 to 30 minutes to take effect prior to treatment, and then the treatment takes 20 to 30 minutes, including aftercare. So, each session requires approximately 1 hour. The MFR tips are single use.
How does the treatment feel?
Especially with the correct application of a good topical anaesthetic, the treatment is highly tolerable.
How long is recovery after MFR treatment?
You may experience transient redness on the treated areas for 3-4 hours initially. The downtime involved with MFR treatments are significantly reduced due to it targeting the deeper layers of the skin.
What is the recommended treatment regimen?
The typical interval between sessions is once every 3-4 weeks. Most patients see excellent results following 2-4 treatments. This may vary according to your skin condition and your physician will be better able to assess and advise you of this.
- Fractional RF microneedle (MFR)
Produce consistent results and low downtime. Can be used at any time of the year and on any skin, as MFR does not directly affect the epidermis.
- Fractional CO2
Produce dramatic and long lasting results. However, any CO2 laser treatment requires 1 weeks of healing time post treatment.
